I Give Thanks

I give thanks today, although I should give thanks each and every day for the fact that:

That the Lord has called me as His own
That He has given me a wonderful wife and partner in life
That He blesses us continuously
That He has given us family and friends to love
That He has given us a piece of His heart
That He provides shelter and comfort
That He loves me, an unlovable person
That He makes worship so joyous
That He provides His Word to study and learn
That the list of thanks is never ending
That I will be in His presence someday and forever
