Another Day of Fasting
Tomorrow I will be off the internet all day in my second Wednesday media fast. To support that I offer up the following. Click on it and flip the switch.
Both fast days have been worthwhile, more time spent in prayer and reflection, but I do have a long way to go on that front.
I might make it weekend activity, not sure yet. I want it to be a day in which I give it up with some sacrifice, not a day I am normally busy doing something else.

I've been wanting to do a media fast for a while now after I heard him mention a similar thing on his radio show. How's it going for you?
